Since its inception in 1989, Strategy has advised and assisted hundreds of companies with their business expansion and co-venturing needs.


Strategy advised and assisted 17 prominent European firms in the renewable energy industry on their entry into the North American market.


Strategy conducted a program of corporate introductions and "door-opener" services in the US, covering four industry sectors. The program led to the identification and development of multiple near-term opportunities for new business and the creation of a pipeline of longer-term prospects.


Strategy spearheaded the commercialization of a portfolio of core technologies in a range of industrial applications. We carried out market research and competitive analyses, assessed business potential, and provided market direction for technology R&D programs.

We led business planning efforts for emerging technologies including the development of international partnerships and joint ventures, implementation of technology transfer arrangements, and exploration of venture funding possibilities.


Strategy provided market research, competitive analysis and a strategic marketing plan to guide the client's entry into a new market.


Strategy co-managed a team of specialists to support the commercialization of new products.
